Today we are joined by Jon Elmaleh of Toronto's Alt-Punk/Post Hardcore act Napoleon. They have just released a brand new EP "Dear God" based on his personal experiences of seeing people in his life use their religious beliefs for evil. Beyond hearing how the band came to be and the evolution of their sound, Jon explains how he felt vulnerable taking this direction with their latest project and almost rewrote all the lyrics. This story is a true example of how projecting your truth and sticking to what's in your heart can unexpectedly connect with people who may not have the voice to do so themselves.
